Let’s be real here.
Being mindful in all that you do, is almost impossible.
There are instances where you just sit on auto pilot and do all the task and chores that are present. You get through the day exhausted and anxious, because let’s face it, sometimes you work but get nothing done.
Atleast that’s how it feels.
But, it’s easy to implement mindfulness in some activities. Even if you aren’t mindful in your tasks, you can be mindful in your down time.
It’s all about implementing intense focus in yourself and what you are doing at that moment.
Grounding yourself. Yes that’s it. Reconnecting to the present moment.
Just taking a few minutes to pause and breathe, can help a ton.
I’m gonna try to start implementing a daily dose of whatever seems to fit that particular day.
Mindful Monday fut perfectly because it’s an already exhausting day. Schooling, errands, cooking, and then Physical Therapy soon.
So I’ve wanted to take the time today and be mindful and not let myself stress too much.
