To be quite frank, I don’t do much of either.
My days are filled with loads of laundry. Cooking and cleaning. Helping my husband since his accident…… the list goes on and on.
So how often do I walk or run? Not at all, unless it’s an emergency.
I could in the mornings. Now that the summer temps are starting to fall off and it’s cool in the mornings, it would be a perfect time to start walking.
I like to make my coffee and just sit on on the porch for an hour or so. Ever since my husband’s accident and his uncle made us this porch so its easier to get him to doctors appointments…… I’ve been out here sitting every morning.
I come out to watch the sunset and just prepare mind for the day ahead. Because it’s been rough around here. Dealing with workmans comp and lawyers and a father in law who gets mad so quickly, on top of regular daily things, just mentally wears me out.
Which is why I come out and sit in the mornings. Walking will be added to my morning routine, though.
